I visited this hospital earlier this week and safe to say it will be my last. When in triage the nurse understood my concerns and when I explained I needed to use restroom she provided me with a urine cup in case they needed it for the back. When I got called the back my concerns were completely ignored and I was advised I needed to follow up with a specialist. No lab work was done and my urine was not even taken. I believe this hospital is truly out to get money and not concerned about their patients They should really tell you whether or not your concern is something they will address so that you do not get hospital bills for nothing Very disappointed and will not return

What a terrific experience having spinal surgery yesterday. The nurses on the second floor were all amazing. A special thanks to Dolores , Leah and Kathy. Their friendliness, professionalism and caring were greatly appreciated. This was my 4th surgery and by far the best overall experience I've had in a hospital. Great hospital for surgical work. Thank you all at Princeton Medical!

If I could give it less then 1 star I would I actually give this hospital -10 stars ⭐️ I came to the hospital the night before and was here for over 4 hours with out being seen by a doctor just for a “nurse” to give me advice on how I should treat myself at home and then proceeded to send me home. I had to go back to the hospital the next day just to be in the waiting room for over 5+ hours I had to beg for basic medical care in excruciating pain. I bet if I was a white women then the might have taken me seriously the first time. This is hands down one of the worst hospitals I’ve ever had the displeasure of being in ant I’ve been to trinitas hospital in Elizabeth I watched several people who can in affter me revive help before me.

Navigating a hospital stay for a loved one is incredibly difficult, but the team at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center (1 Plainsboro Rd) made our family feel held every step of the way. From the moment we walked in, the security guards were pleasant and engaging, and the information desk provided a warm welcome that set the tone for our experience. You guys rock! The care my brother received was exceptional, but it was the humanity of the staff that stood out most. The nursing staff and doctors were amazing and I was particularly impressed that even as the nurses rotated shifts, the high quality of care remained remarkably consistent. They didn't just provide medical care; they actively listened, showed deep respect, and remained entirely family-centered during a very sensitive time. An extraordinary team spirit in this unit on the 2nd floor. Special thanks must also go to the palliative care team and the hospital social worker,. We felt supported, heard, and respected. Went to the ER with my daughter who was having a severe headache with nausea, seeing stars, and dizziness. She just had brain surgery in October, so of course I was concerned this wasn't a regular headache. Got into the ER, checked in fairly quickly. When we were taken in, I was surprised to see we were on a gurney in the hallway. My daughter is 15. I thought there might be a pediatric wing. No. Okay, not the greatest setting, but okay. There are 3 or 4 other people in the hallway as well, just in our hallway alone. I hadn't seen that in a hospital in years. Doctor was kind, did what was needed and left. I asked the nurse if we'll be remaining in the hallway, she said no, as soon as a room opens, we'll get you in. Okay. 3 hours later, no room, no relief for my daughter. We had stated that the meds she was being given didn't work on her headaches before her surgery, and she had similar meds now that didn't work. After 3 hours, with one IV bag being empty, we're told she's getting Tylenol. I asked if they had an idea of how much longer we'd be there, or at least in the hallway, Nurse had a little attitude and said "no". I said cool, we're done. Send us home. This, by far, was THE
